Apartment rentals for 2 weeks minimum
The first option is renting an apartment. I offer competitive rental rates for apartment in Nice. Prices are very affordable, starting from 380 Euros per week. Our apartment rentals are ideally suited for temporary stays.Nice is the ideal place to have a holiday learning and to relax in tranquillity in a beautiful apartment. Enjoy the comfort , the intimacy, the security of your own place while also receiving private, intensive French lessons 15 to 22.5 hours per week at home !!
Description :This charming , sunny south-facing apartment with terrace is on the first floor of a well-maintained and managed apartment building in a quiet street within the very heart of Nice. It’s an appealing one bedroomed apartment ( 60/65 m2) in a beautiful bourgeois building to accommodate 1, 2, people.You are within 5 minutes walk to the beaches and the famous Promenade des Anglais .The apartment is spacious . All the furniture and furnishings, and the kitchen appliances are brand new.The kitchen is modern and very well -equipped with fridge, electric kettle….. .The bathroom is well fitted with bath/shower facility and wash hand basin. There is a washing machine. The living-room is leading into the large south facing terrace enjoying stunning views

Host Family ****
The second option is living
with a French family. This is one of the best ways to assimilate to
French culture and tradition first-hand. You live the "French
life," interacting with a native family in a totally French environment
while also receiving private, intensive French lessons 15 to 22.5 hours
per week in their home. All of our houses are carefully inspected to
ensure the student’s comfort and safety.The host families live
in residential apartments****. On request, I can send you pictures
of the host family apartments.You can choose your own room (full board),
or you can choose to split a double room with another student (half
board).Half board means breakfast and dinner,
whilst full board means breakfast, lunch and dinner.You can also lunch
with your French teacher to extend your consersational courses. Your
stay starts the Sunday before your first course and runs through the
Saturday after your last course. The host families provide
suitable, student accommodation in a respectful, safe and friendly
family atmosphere.
The families are outgoing, open-minded, and enjoy helping people. They have
cultural and geographical knowledge of the area, along with great interpersonal
skills and excellent communication skills. The families involve new students
in all aspects of their social and leisure activities, making the students
feel at home.
Living
with a Host Family
Clean sheets are
provided during your stay and they are changed weekly. Towels are not
provided. Students are provided with a key for their accommodations.
The host family will arrange for transport for the student from the airport
upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for laundry, if necessary.
Students are not permitted to invite guests back to their host family’s
residence.
